MARKET DAY - Saturday, November 4 - 10-2pm
ONLY 1 MORE MARKET DAY UNTIL CHRISTMAS. The Monthly Market Day is hosted by Main Street Newnan on the first Saturday of every month from March-December, around the courthouse square in downtown Newnan, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The market showcases a variety of handmade, homemade, and homegrown products created by local artisans, artists, and farmers. It features over 50 unique booths with new vendors and one-of-a-kind items each month. And don't forget you can find even more local artisan goods and gifts, everyday. at the Hug Box shop.
HOLIDAY SIP & SEE - Friday, November 17 - 5-9pm
This event is a great opportunity for visitors to get started on their holiday shopping while the holiday inventory is plentiful! There will also be a night market, live music, and food trucks along with hor d'oeuvres and refreshments from the retailers. Checkout downtown merchant participants here.
PLAID FRIDAY - Friday, November 24 - All Day
On Plaid Friday (the day after Thanksgiving, November 24th), shop in Downtown Newnan and simplify your Day-After-Thanksgiving experience! The name “Plaid Friday” celebrates the idea of LOCAL! The plaid pattern represents weaving the individual threads of small businesses together to create a strong fabric that celebrates the diversity and creativity of independent businesses. Plaid Friday is the relaxing and enjoyable alternative to the big box store “Black Friday,” and is designed to promote both local and independently owned businesses during the holidays. Wear plaid attire during Plaid Friday and expect to SAVE, as numerous downtown businesses will offer a significant discount to any customer wearing Plaid clothing!
SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY - Saturday, November 25 - All Day
Shop Small Y’all! Small Business Saturday is an annual shopping tradition dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country. Small Business Saturday was founded by American Express in 2010 and is celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This event supports the local economy and promotes our community.

Daisy is almost 2. Her foster mom says Daisy is a bit shy when she first meets someone, but warms up to loving her walks and her toys. She snuggles after her playtime. Daisy gets along well with other dogs - in fact, she’d love to have a playmate! Daisy is pictured here with her work of art!
