What is the timeframe for delivery of a Hug Box?
It will usually take 1-2 days to fulfill your order and then 2-5 days for USPS priority mail or UPS Ground shipping. We are located in Georgia, so it will take the later of those days to arrive to the Mid-West Coast and Northeast.
NOTES:
Remember not to include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for your delivery timeline, especially for 1-2 day delivery. We cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your package once it is with USPS or UPS.
Please be aware that if you give us a shipping address for a company/office/hospital/assisted living or the like, delivery might be another day or two according to their internal mail system.
UPS cannot send packages to PO Boxes.
Once a package is noted 'delivered' we are not responsible if it was lost or stolen. We hope this would not occur, but if it does please let us know immediately and we will help file your claim. You will be sent a tracking number via email after you place your order and when your package is in route, so you can keep track and know when it is delivered.
What if something was damaged in shipping?
We pack our Hug Boxes carefully to help prevent damage, but sometimes when it's in many hands, damage may occur. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods as soon as they have been received, within 3 days please, and we will be happy to replace the item(s).
Where can I send my Hug Box?
Currently we only ship within the USA.
NOTE: If you live in another country, you can certainly have a gift delivered to someone living in the USA. Someday, we hope to expand internationally.
