Autumn is about here. Here in Georgia, it is still warm, but feeling the cool temperatures in the morning and evening. Perfect for morning coffee on the front porch watching the dogs looking for squirrels to chase and listening to the birds that are still sticking around and later after I close up the shop come home for a little happy hour back on the porch in the evening. (That's what my hubby and I do anyway). These are cherished moments of pausing and peaceful time that bring so much joy.
Speaking of joyful times, The Fall Art Walk is happening in Historic Downtown Newnan, Georgia this Friday, September 17 from 5-9pm. A perfect time for your holiday gift shopping, home decorating finds, and treats for yourself all while supporting local and small! I will be at the Hug Box shop with some new artisans! Check them out below. If you are local, please come by and visit us.

We welcomed Mackenzie Myrick back in July and she will be creating at the Fall Art Walk. Mackenzie also does commissioned work, so stop by and see what she can create for your personal collection.
Torn Pages is a beautiful give back artisan business through and through. All of the jewelry is created from recycled paper and you would never know it! They are gorgeous and it means so much to wear one of their creations for so many people. Come find out more about their story this Friday! We are so honored to have them as part of the Hug Box shop.

The Hug Box Gift Boxes. Each time someone opens a Hug Box gift, they’re holding not just a gift box filled with goodies, but a story: of people who care, who believe in their craft, and who want to make a difference.
