COVID-19 Message

Dear Valued Customers,


During these on-going trials and tribulations, I want to you to know that I am sending my love, prayers and hugs to all. 

As of Mid-March, I closed my brick and mortar to the public to help stop the spread. Since I had originally began the Hug Box as an online gift delivery service, I had always been sending hugs from online orders and I am continuing to fulfill and send hugs all across the U.S.. During this time, as I adhere to the stay home request, I am working from my home office (bringing me back to my first 3 years of business) and practicing best safe and healthy measures and the same consistent attention and quality and customer service. 

With all that is going on, everyone is affected and normal timelines and offers may be altered or slowed down. Hence, some Hug Boxes sell out before being able to restock, and some Hug Boxes will have only one of that kind left and won't be restocked. or shipping isn't as prompt because of unexpected changes due to COVID-19 issues. I am very grateful of your support, and that I am able to support other small businesses, my artisans and vendors, to keep the hugs going. So please check back often, as we are always changing up curated boxes according to what is available. I like to keep things fresh and new for customers as it is. So be on the lookout for new gift options as well. 

I am so grateful for all of you and your support of small businesses. Knowing there is so much love, support and community out there for one another is alone what I love about the service and product I offer. We will prevail together.
